Reach for the summits
The peak of pleasure: A hiking holiday in South Tyrol
It is almost impossible to resist the desire to hike in the border triangle of Italy, Austria and Switzerland. Summiteers will find their joy on the three-thousand-metre peaks in the Ortler area, in the Ötztal or Engadine Alps. Pleasure hikers can follow the themed trails and irrigation channels in the valley or set their sights on one of the numerous alpine pastures. Every week we offer two to three guided tours to make your hiking holiday in South Tyrol an unforgettable experience. Many trails start directly from the hotel or can be easily reached by bus or train.

I would say that it is the personal interactions that make hiking together in Mals and the surrounding area what it is. I see my guests not only as visitors, but companions with whom I can share the beauty of South Tyrol. Seeing their proud faces after a successful tour is the greatest reward.
